Get off your blocks in the hurdles race by running on the spot. As you approach the hurdles, jump – the higher the better – to clear the hurdles. Or thrust your hand into the air to grab a virtual bowling ball. Swing it back and then throw it forward to release the ball for some pin-smacking action. Twist your wrist to add spin or simply toss the ball shot-put style, for some variety.
