  1. I agree with the above practically word for word. may be worth it in the $10 bin but nothing more than that. it’s fun for about 2 minutes until you get distracted by the light up lights on your PS3…. 0.0 !!!

  2. The story is completely shallow and predictable and feels very rushed.

They really should had put more effort into the game… This game should have been delayed until about Spring 2010 or Holiday 09. You can feel and see how rushed it is. Virtually every texture is fuzzy, pixelated, and worst of all uninteresting. The main character is very uninspired… But I guess now-a-days Hoodie + Leather Jacket = AWESOME. So generic…

Then I thought, how could the presentation be any worse? Answer, Zombies. Do we really need another god damn game with Zombies in it? No new ideas… Pathetic.

Aside from horrible presentation, the gameplay is ridiculously easy. This game was crafted and tailored to make angry adolescents feel powerful and “XTREME” much like everything else in this day in age.

The “diversity” is nonexistent in the campaign. The reoccuring theme of the game is Kill Citizens with no penalty -> Kill Zombies -> Shape Shift Repeat. Oh, I almost forgot, you can change your player model through the use of XTREME ABSORBTION.

The effects when you absorb are just disgusting… You cant tell if it’s blood or tar.

Animations… Dear god… Some of them are on par with a ps1 game. They are so robotic it’s comical. The worst would have to be the Hi-Jacking HeliCopter Animation. Then the Falling with Style. The falling with style is so stiff… It’s hard to look at and not laugh.

Imagine how much worse the final product… if you can even call it that, would be if they added multiplayer to boost sales? I don’t even want to think about that…

Then again, this is my opinion, yours might be different. But for god’s sake Rent it first.

1-Poor graphics, poor game play and story line. The missions are absurdly repetitive etc etc. This game was extremely over hyped. It is not worth $60. Wait until it is about $10 (it won’t take long).

2- Buy infamous instead ,Have tryed to like this game but it just isnt fun to play.Story is poor, side mission are not fun for sandbox game and grapics just dont do it for me.play infamous and it fun thats why i play game becouse thay are fun.

I’m sorry if this feels like a fanboy move, but Infamous is actually better.

One big reason that I wished I rented this game was that I didn’t have any anticipating to see what happens next. I didn’t care about unlocking anything and seeing the progression of the story.

The graphics in the cut-scenes are great, but that’s all. The reminding graphics a weak. GTA4′s NYC looked better. This looked like it was rushed.

The gameplay is absolutely amazing… but until a point. The damn character is too powerful. I guess you can say, I could’ve just stop upgrading my powers, but why should I. It’s part of the game. It’s like playing a GTA game and following the road rules and regulations. No challenge. I don’t even think that cheat code option in the main menu is worth it. I switch to normal, since I have finished the game yet and I’m still to powerful.

The innovating stuff I did like was ‘consuming’ people and their memories. I like that I can use guns and tanks.

So rent it before buying it, but if you have some cash to burn really want it, then get it.

This game is a huge disappointment.

The graphics and background environment are terrible. You can’t really interact with the environment at all. If you’re going to draw a city, it should really look like a city. The people in the city are all really the same–bland, uninteresting background decoration. They constantly run screaming through the city, “ahhrgh!”

And all you really do in this game is fight ugly, brainless zombies, and military and helicopters. I just told you the whole game, as near as I can tell.
